This project proposal involved the alteration and refurbishment of an existing public building and 21 chalets plus the design and construction of 22 new beach villas to overlook the Indian ocean. A spa and new beach facility also formed part of the scope of works.

The new villas had been designed to offer intimate luxury for the guest with expansive indoor outdoor living spaces that flow out onto Matemo Island’s powdery white beaches.
